Another good thing to think about is your Diamond Status!

So, let me give you few tips on how to make sure you cross that Diamond line by the end of the year. We are left with two months to get to Diamond.

  1. One thing you can do is to have a Health Check done at one of the 1.618 Wellness Days. You can bring your entire family, your kids, and this is on a weekend guys. We're busy, we have no time to rush around, but 1.618 is bringing it to you over the weekend. Bring your family, bring your aunties, get your cholesterol checked up, get your blood pressure checked up.

  2. Another thing you can do in the comfort of your own home: Log on to the Discovery website and do your Mental Wellness assessment. Let's check on you! Discover wants to check on you. Check on yourself. You want to question yourself a little bit about how well you feel mentally?

  3. Exercise! You can’t ‘run’ away from this one, you guys. You've got to up your game. If you haven't reached your cap yet on the exercise front, I advise you to sign up for a race or two and you'll see all the points coming in. If you don't want to run the race, you can work out anywhere, anytime using your Vitality Health linked Fitness device. Whether it is your phone or your watch it will give you maximum points - up to 300 points per exercise more than 30 minutes. You've got to get your heart rate going. You've got to be sweating you guys. Summer body’s loading! So while you’re chasing Diamond, you’re also chasing your summer body goals.

  4. Nutrition. Did you know that if you buy healthy food, you get points towards your Diamond status. So, from today watch out for all the food with the Vitality flag at Woolies and our new partner Checkers. Every item you buy will give you up to 20 points. Make sure you don't mix them up with the dangerous food.
