Leading a healthy lifestyle must be intentional. We cannot expect to eat whatever we like, ignore all the evidence that exercise is beneficial, push ourselves at work without finding a work/life balance and stay healthy.

Intention is finding a diet that suits your body, exercise that you enjoy, and making time to follow both. Whatever your preferences, establishing and maintaining a regime that meets your needs and ability is important at every stage of your life. Young and healthy does not always translate into middle aged and healthy if we do not take care of ourselves along the way.

To achieve a healthy mind and body requires setting goals and then finding the best way to achieve them. Maybe the goal is to be fitter, stronger, to lose weight or maybe you’re training for a specific event.
